Appointment Policy

During walk-in hours, patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Emergency cases are always given priority, and we do our best to see everyone as promptly as possible.

Surgeries, dental procedures, and bathing services are scheduled by appointment only.

Drop-Off Appointments

Drop-off appointments are available for your convenience.

You can bring your pet in at a time that works for you and leave them with us for a few hours.

Exams are typically completed in the morning, with discharge instructions provided once your pet is ready to go home.

Vaccinations & Safety

All pets must be up to date on vaccinations.

Dogs should be kept on a leash, and cats should arrive in a secure carrier to help ensure a safe and calm visit.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time services are provided. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, cash, and personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy

All dogs must be on a leash and under control in the clinic. Cats must arrive in a carrier or on a leash.
